The main Annual Exhibition of the Society of Equestrian Artists – Horse in Art, is the recognition exhibition that remains the prime Annual Open Exhibition of the SEA. The event showcases the very best in equestrian art, including painting, drawing, sculpture and original print and is where the majority of artists are recognised for their acheivements. Awards that have been presented over past exhibitions are listed below with links to details and their sponsors, where available. Awards are made subject to entries meeting the criteria so may not be awarded every year:

  • Best Depiction of an Arabian Horse

    The Summer Open Exhibition is a selling exhibition for equestrian artists supported by the National Heritage Centre for Horseracing & Sporting Art at Palace House, Newmarket – the ‘home of sporting art’.
