Sally is a British based painter who specialises in equine subjects. She exhibits nationally and internationally and has gained recognition and awards for her vibrant and expressive interpretations of equestrian scenes.

Sally is a full member of the UK’s Society of Equestrian Artists, participating in their group shows in London and Newmarket. In 2007 she was awarded the Society’s top honour, the prestigious ‘President’s Medal’, awarded to the most meritorious group of work at the summer exhibition held at Mall Galleries,London. She also participates in exhibitions held by The American Academy of Equine Art in Kentucky and is represented by a number of independent galleries throughout the UK, her work is published by Sally Mitchell Fine Art
